Response time: we aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Privacy and data deletion requests are handled within the statutory timeframes required by GDPR.

When you contact us, please include the product or app you are using, your account email, your device or browser, and a clear description of the issue (with steps to reproduce, where applicable). This helps us help you faster.

Subscriptions purchased via app stores

If you purchased a subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play, those subscriptions are managed by the store. You may need to cancel them in your Apple or Google account settings. Contacting DunaAI support does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.
